The crew came on time, once they got in, they started straight with their work. The crew were very polite, they have explain the process and shows you before and after photos. You can really feel the difference of the AC function before and after. The service was worth the value of your money.

After trying many AC Cleaning services, chanced upon Adams and finally found a service which is perfect at the job and reasonably priced. They are not the cheapest, but their quality of work matches the other expensive service providers. The guys who came to do the job were on-time, fast, through and cleaned up after they were done. We got Mattress and sofa cleaning also done, which were satisfactory.

Got a good offer for Duct cleaning. The staff were pretty professional. The work spilled over to 2 days as their Duct cleaning machine wasnt working. But they still turned up on time and did a fine job.Their handyman service however is quite expensive and on the higher side.

They were great i had couches and carpets and matrasses deep cleaned i cant believe what was removed and disinfected and i feel so much fresher

I received a professional work today from Adam care for my AC system. Outstanding standards, the staff made sure to cover the entire furniture with plastic. Each member of the team knows what he should do with the cooperation with the rest. My AC looks stunning clean inside and outside. They cleaned after the work is done. My apartment is small and the team has 5 members as I remember however, I felt as if it was only one staff. They were working very quietly and smoothly. The price was reasonable and I think I was lucky to call when they had 50% discount.

Hired at a very expansive deep cleaning/gas refill of perfectly well working multiple AC units, duct and coils, I had the terrible shock to be the victim of the wrong doing of the team sent. One indoor unit was damaged by the team and they even tried to hide it from me. Had to battle extremely hard for them to deal with the replacement. The deep cleaning was not even done and I sent them the pictures to prove it. Even with pictures in hand they denied it! They were supposed to refill gas (I paid for it) but they so called forgot to refill some units! Since their terrible service, I am left with 2 AC not working at all, 2 of other AC which did not even had the trays emptied, neither been purged, and pipes been WRONGLY moved, caused terrible leaks which fully damaged the ceiling of 2 rooms and destroyed even pieces of furniture!Not only this, they were not responsive to calls, took a long time to come come back to so called rectified some of the issues caused for eventually deciding not to reply and not to send anyone (called them back 19 min after they left saying it was not working, but looks like 10 minutes was a too long time therefore work could not be checked and rectified!)I had a real expert coming, showing that 1 outdoor AC unit had been WRONGLY manipulated, resulting in beeing flooded and need now to be replaced, the water leaks due to what they have not done during this cleaning and WRONGLY done caused an extensive cost of repair of the damages.AC cleaning resulting of 2 AC put of order, 1 AC to be replaced, heavy cost of repair of the leaks they caused and AC cleaning to have to be really done, just because of their lack of skills or will to do a professional job.With the insulting way they treated me and the obvious lack of quality and customer service provided, if facing any AC issues, or for even the simple task of cleaning the units or refilling gas, I would chose any other company if not willing to end with broken AC and going through hell to get them on the task to repair their wrong doing.I am seriously thinking about opening a case.

Zero hassle, covered everything and left minimal mess for us to clean up. The service guys were professional and answered all questions and dint mind checking on other AC issues. Definitely recommend them and will take up their service again. They came with all equipment and chemicals. It was worth the charge and very reasonable compared to other providers.

I’ve always wanted to do AC duct cleaning but prices were expensive. It’s not worth it considering that I am just renting. I found Adams care reasonably priced and the technicians were very professional. I was cautious since we still have the pandemic but they cleaned up well and were wearing protective shoe covers among other safety protocols. I hope my allergies will lessen after this.

We used them to do a complete service and duct cleaning and fixing a leak in one of the rooms. A few months later the leak is still there and even after charging 500 dhs to fix the leak in the first place - they refuse to take responsibility and fix a problem that they had charged for. Would highly not recommend.

It took Adams”doesn’t” care over 2 months to get a simple AC “actuator” problem fixed. My AC bill was far too high during this time. After assuring me that all my AC units were functioning after being inspected and serviced, one of the ACs had a serious leak that damaged the bathroom ceiling. Another AC unit had the thermostat replaced but it was not installed properly and it was blowing too much air regardless of the fan speed. As it stands, I have three units that are all not functioning properly. I have two thermostats that need replacing. I have lost all of my patience dealing with this company. They take a long time to return my calls, they arrive 1-2 hours late when they do come, and you have to call them back fo follow up. I strongly recommend not dealing with Adams Care.

Its the first time Ive used Adams Care services and I am very impressed. Our house needed a deep cleaning and sanitization of all the AC ducts (in my opinion has never been done before) and after some recommendation in our community forum Ive requested their services. They do a free survey of the house (and they can immediately begin the job if required!) and then send the quotation, that indeed is really good value for money.They also send a reminder one day before the scheduled day to be sure everything is ok, and then 9AM sharp they ring the doorbell on the established day!They cover all the furniture/curtains as required, remove all the AC intakes and start the cleaning. Within 6 hours all the ducts, intakes, filters and accessories have been cleaned perfectly one by one, including a powerful clean with a motorised brush/vacuum and spraying an antibacterial inside each duct. All AC compressors have also been checked to ensure their functionalities and the coils/fans have been sprayed with a special chemical to kill fungi and bacteria.In my case Ive also requested the sanitization of a king size mattress and it was perfect as well, with a first demonstration of the vacuum machine and a quantification of the conditions of the mattress (or any other furniture). The final touch with a huge and powerful UV lamp ensure all the bacteria/parasites have been killed.Worth every penny I paid!
